The Austrian Club Melbourne

is seeking a Chef or a very good Cook

To be successful in this role you must have relevant industry experience, along with the following:

  • Previous effective management experience of food/ordering, labour costs and working to budgets.
  • Knowledge of food preparation, stock control, dietary requirements and general knowledge of Austrian cuisine.
  • Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Food Handling and Food Safety, HACCP.
  • Applicant must have a valid police check.
  • Must have Australian residency.
